BrassRing Announces Availability of the On-Site Version of Enterprise 5.0
New Deployable Version Delivers Powerful Talent Relationship Management Solution Behind a Company's Firewall
WALTHAM, Mass. BrassRing, a leading provider of Talent Relationship Management (TRM) systems, today announced the availability of BrassRing Enterprise 5.0 On-Site - the deployable version of its global TRM platform. BrassRing Enterprise 5.0 On-Site is completely deployable and configurable behind a company's firewall and comes with all of the functionality found in the award-winning ASP version, including a completely new user interface for best-in-class usability, the exclusive TRM Dashboard for analytical reporting, improved Talent Gateways and international capabilities.
"While the ASP model is a cost effective solution for those companies wishing to outsource their TRM solutions, the On-Site version of BrassRing Enterprise 5.0 is ideal for those companies requiring more control," explained Mike Gioja, president of BrassRing Systems, a division of BrassRing Inc. "The BrassRing Enterprise On-Site version provides companies with more freedom to customize their TRM solutions, as well as complete control over security and user access."
Systems Integration Provided by Towers Perrin BrassRing's preferred partner, Towers Perrin, one of the world's largest global management and human resource consulting firms, will provide e-recruiting integration services exclusively to BrassRing customers licensing BrassRing's Enterprise 5.0 On-Site. The two companies are working together to create new products and services in the talent management category, and to provide dramatically enhanced services to companies building comprehensive, cost-efficient Web solutions for sourcing, hiring and managing talent.
"Towers Perrin is excited to be working with our partner, BrassRing, in implementing its deployable e-recruiting solution," said Steven Fein, managing director of Towers Perrin's HR Delivery Solutions business. "Our own scan of the e-recruiting market confirms that BrassRing is the clear leader in this area, and the arrival of the On-Site version of Enterprise 5.0 is another example of this leadership - giving clients of both firms a flexible and highly effective tool for meeting a broad set of talent management issues. In addition," Fein also noted, "the array of current and emerging HR technology makes effective selection, implementation and integration essential for companies in meeting return-on-investment goals. Adding BrassRing's solution to Towers Perrin's comprehensive set of HR consulting and technology services ensures we're providing what our clients need to deliver HR services across their organizations efficiently and cost effectively."
BrassRing Workbench Enables Configurability In addition to providing greater control over the system, BrassRing Enterprise 5.0 On-Site comes with BrassRing Workbench, a powerful administrative tool that enables companies to deploy multiple Talent Gateways for different talent pools, configure multiple hiring workflows, and build custom forms for their specific requirements - the same robust configuration tools BrassRing uses to manage its ASP environment. Due to its ease-of-use, IT resources are not required to administer the Workbench, making BrassRing Enterprise 5.0 On-Site the industry's simplest and most flexible solution.
Candidate Data Processing Options For companies choosing to purchase BrassRing Enterprise 5.0 On-Site, BrassRing offers a variety of candidate data processing packages, which allow companies to take advantage of BrassRing's resume processing expertise. BrassRing's patented data extraction software processes every resume in paper, fax and a variety of electronic formats. Proprietary software converts the resume into an average of 46 unique and searchable database fields from each file. In addition to delivering a 98.5 percent accuracy rate, BrassRing guarantees 24-hour delivery of candidates to the deployed client's Enterprise 5.0 On-Site environment, enabling the company to act quickly on the best candidates.
"As the pioneer in high quality candidate data processing, BrassRing is the best-of-breed solution provider, offering companies a variety of processing options that deliver both speed and quality of data," explained Gioja. "If a company is investing in a Talent Relationship Management system, adding our leading-edge data processing services makes sense. Since 1997, we have processed more than 16 million candidate files, and implemented the kind of reliable world-class infrastructure and operational excellence required to deliver large volumes of quality data at a reasonable cost."
Services and Support In addition to receiving all of the powerful functionality of the ASP version, BrassRing Enterprise On-Site customers will receive the same high level of customer support and service that are BrassRingÕs hallmarks. In addition, BrassRing's Professional Services group, working together with the company's Preferred On-Site integration partner Towers Perrin, has developed a special suite of installation and implementation offerings designed to help companies receive a rapid return on their BrassRing investments.
